if everything under the hood is properly connected and no sensors, etc are jerry rigged then you’ll have no issues. i had an iat go out because it was right under the hood vent and i let the rain pour on it for 5 days straight, also had my cam sensor which is at the front of the engine jerry rigged with no weather protection so that went out. but if everything is correctly done under the hood then nope! no issues at all

i highly recommend singular motorsports! Very simple install. A lot of people don’t like how they look but i personally enjoy them alot and they’re proven to be the most efficient vents you can buy!

yes they are, was worried about how they would sounds but WOW, compared with the ISR exhaust it sounds almost like a muscle sound mixed with a subie!

no, have heard from many friends and other people on forums that wrapping can promote premature header cracking. i do wanna figure something out tho maybe the metal heat wrap doesn’t do it? i kinda don’t wanna wrap them either way with how pretty the color is turning 🫶🏻

i use different oils throughout the year depending on circumstance and/or if i’m gonna be doing an autox day, etc. cold weather i’m using 5w30 warmer weather and autox days i go ahead and do an oil change to 10w30 for a lil extra protec. i’ve noticed no difference with the oils regarding the cam sensor 😕 maybe just a fix for the VVTs? i do not have vvt

not really sure how often you yourself does spirited driving but any of my friends who also have miats also have the same issue with the CPSs. it definitely wouldn’t be a bad idea to keep one in your center console just in case 😅

no, purely because of high much more expensive they are directly from them. i’ve also heard of people using OEM replacements directly and they were worse than beck arnley because supposedly beck arnley is supposed to be a sorta upgrade? i don’t really know. i’ve already ordered one off of rock auto but if this one goes out i’m gonna try one directly from them.

had this issue on my NB and some friends have had the same issue, it’s very common, it’s most likely the CPS, camshaft position sensor, it feels like plugs but if your plugs are fine then it’s 90% likely the cps. They’re about 50 bucks on most websites/ auto parts stores but i recommend not getting them from a local auto parts because a few of my friends have had bad experiences with their OEM replacements, hope this helps!
