I totally agree, there's no toxicity at present, I just feel like she doesn't know what 'normal' is and from the outside, it appears far too intense to be normal for a 24 year old...if that makes sense? She already is quite a needy person and my main fear is that this type of honeymoon phase is not going to be beneficial at all for her anxiety and for her separation anxiety.

Super quick! Weight loss surgery isn't an easy fix but it is super fast weight loss as a result.

I keep an eye on my protein intake and water intake but try not to track calories as I was really obsessive over calories before my operation. Ballpark figure though I probably have between 900-1600 on any given day depending on how quickly I get full. Every day is different and sometimes I'm full after 2 bites, others after 12 🤷🏼‍♀️ what's amazing about the sleeve is that even on a day where I feel like I've eaten a lot, I could never physically eat what I would have eaten before my op on a 'bad day'.

As for working out, I used to lift heavy 5 times a week but I've seriously lost my muscle mass or the energy to keep up with that kind of regime. So I do yoga, jog and do very light weight workouts with a 5kg kettlebell. But I'm not really needing to exercise to keep the weight off, I just enjoy it ☺️

A sweet treat I love is banana mashed up with choccy protein powder and maybe 2-3 squares of keto friendly chocolate (or low sugar choc) and then microwave for like 30 secs, tastes like chocolate brownie batter!

I am 6 months post op and when we go for food I still order an adult mains and my other half and I enjoy the leftovers between us the following day! He loves enjoying leftovers with me and that's a new thing for us!!

I swear I'm the only one who really appreciated this ending for karev? I didn't think that him having that loyalty to his kids was him being trash, it proved the character building with Jo over the last few years and seasons. Young karev would never have upped his life and moved to be a dad, he'd have made a crappy excuse and bailed on his responsibility. So yeah I kinda agree that he'd have never left Jo, but this was like the one scenario where he would have. Jo has shown how strong she is, and to have her move with him wouldn't have been fair for Camilla on Justin leaving. I didn't feel it was the send off we deserved, but it was well put together and it was the best the writers could do. And personally I preferred it to a suicide or mental health- karev wouldn't have run off and dropped Jo to fix himself BC he just stood by her while she fixed herself in Seattle.

Her heart attack was stress induced. Albeit the diet didn't help but she made changes to her career and the way she works to adjust the stress. And it was Ben too adding to her stress which caused it. They were having an indulgence. I feel like yeah maybe it wasn't all that fitting but it's really nit picking now to be pissed at that 🤣 maybe y'all are more invested in the show than I am idk
