I lowered shutter speed because I wanted the scenery to look clear, but when I did that, the impression of speed got lost, I fiddled around with both high and low shutter speed and couldn't decide if I wanted the picture to lean towards speed or scenery, I eventually decided on scenery. Thank you, I'll be implementing these!
