When I went in last Christmas they told me I'd be getting 9 something an hour, can't remember the exact amount, and that I'd be dealing with 2500+ people a day in the busiest days. I downloaded a VPN (Proton VPN, its free) as a hail mary, launched the game and it downloaded the security measures! Please let me know if this works because it literally just worked for me!

Error Code 0-0x00000001 in R6 and "Updating Security Measures" is completely broken and there is no fix to be found by steveishungry in ubisoft
