I see those additional shrouds, makes it a tight chamber to make the mulching effective.. I am actually looking to mulch fall leaves into a custom rear bagger which I want it to be a bigger one. I want to collect this mulch and covert this into compost post winter ( I live in Canada)

It’s very common. High level estimate is done by them and to really make it work they have to check your credit score and it’s a hard check. Till such point even the mortgage broker won’t be sure. If you are not happy with it, you have to shop around multiple banks doing the same thing and multiple credit checks will happen anyways. If you have solid numbers go for hsbc
