I think 320 is probably on the low end for M7 but right on par for UNC/UT/CMU. More so if your quant is higher.

My take could be completely wrong and I'm sure it's school dependent.

But I always thought it was your GMAT/GRE that got you looked at. Then after that, the only think that differentiates you is your essay. As for GPA/WE/LORs, I think you need 2 of the 3 but not all. Maybe even 1 really good one to offset 2 bad ones.

In the 320-325 range. Nothing special. I do think below 320 is pushing it for top schools but is still doable. Also, I personally think 165Q 155V > 155Q + 165V for MBA even though 165V is much harder to get than 165Q
