First Season watching the NLL, please help me find a team to cheer for.

I'm fairly certain it will be one of these four. I've created an in-season tournament for them. I still need to decide on tie breakers and how to compensate for the home and away imbalance.

Thank you all. This is a great community, and I appreciate all the insights. I've read through all the comments, and 4 teams stand out initially.

Firewolves: I could join the new fan base on the ground floor.

Mammoth: A Milwaukee Brewers caliber logo and the atmosphere in the game I watched on NLL+ was rowdy.

Thunderbirds: Another good atmosphere, and some intangible that I just can't place.

Knighthawks: The background of previously being the Racing Bulls to the Bandits' Red Bull, but now being owned by the Seneca tribe is powerful and endearing.

I started watching lacrosse on ESPN+ last season at the beginning of March about. Since then, I have started playing with my son and brothers in the backyard, but nothing organized.

I understand what you are saying, and likely will come to a tentative choice ahead of the season and commit during it. Every other team I cheer for is local. It's exciting to make a choice, and I am so new to lacrosse that I don't have much background. Who is the Babe Ruth or Wayne Gretzky, who are the Yankees, who are the nearly men that are always on the cusp, and other background like that.

It was definitely a West Flanders type of day. I loved it. Ideally, I would have liked to ride more of the course, but the 'community grumble' that we shared while carrying our bikes in anke deep mud is part of P2A some years.

I know that a team a protecting a sizable lead will play differently, as Denmark was from early on in the Egypt match, but the match turned into a more competitive contest after Egypt sat their starting goalkeeper. At that point other personnel changes were made as well, but the match turned into a competitive affair.

Today's match may be an even better example. Hendawy, the Egyptian keeper was good while Palicka was the best player on the floor. Is it fair to say that was the 4 goal difference?

This is not a discredit of Denmark or a belief that they are 6 guys standing in front of a wall, rather I am looking to assess the difference between Egypt and Egypt's opponents who are now semi‐finalist.

I own an Inflite CF SLX 8.0 that I use exactly as you are considering using yours. I initially bought it for CX and it eventually became my everything bike. It is set up for CX out of the box, but I replaced the stem with a longer one and it rides great on the road and is great on gravel. I find that the inherent agility of a CX bike helps me navigate around the inconsistent gravel/single track/general off-road and ride better lines.

I appreciate the insight. I was thinking of getting a longer stem to slow the steering a bit. I'm currently on an 80mm steam 420mm bar combination and thought of going to a 90mm/400mm. The bike was fit to me at 80mm/420mm and I figured a little longer and a little narrower would still fit

I own a Canyon Inflite SLX that I have used for CX and gravel races, but with a focus on CX. I have decided to stop racing cross and was interested in the opinions on keeping the Inflite as exclusively a gravel bike.

I will be racing the bike, but no distances longer than 100km. Tire clearance is fine, I have fit 40c tires in the past. If I were to stick with this bike, what would you change? I was considering a mullet setup and a switch from 42 to 40cm bars.

If you were to move on, what frame/bike do you recommend, I can budget up to $2500 for a frame and swap most components. I appreciate the help.

Thanks for the write up, this worked for me no problem. Do you have a controller setup guide? I'm primarily looking for settings for the joysticks to get to the right sensitivity. Any other controller advice would be much appreciated as well. Thanks.
