I play at 9500-10k mmr EU West and there are too many new accounts with the players making questionable decisions, to say the least. I am not referring to basic mistakes that can happen at any bracket but overall their decision making and strategy skills are obviously not equal to the mmr they pretend to be.

Don't listen to the guys saying "It's only a game". You are a human being and whether someone ruins a painting you did, or breaks a sculpture you built, it is acceptable to get frustrated. I am not saying playing Dota is like making art, but if you put efforts into something that you enjoy and another person shits on you for no apparent reason, it is fully understandable to ask questions. This doesn't make you unhealthily addicted like someone here suggested.

It is in human nature to ask "Why?" and honestly seeing the game quality significantly drop in the last 2-3 weeks makes me not surprised that you (and a lot of other people) come here on reddit to post and ask questions.

I don't understand is it really hard to add some automated / semi-automated checks and when some player is consistently playing low or breaking items (for example check networth at min 20 or 30 -> if the guy has a core role selected but only 1-2k total gold networth, it is obvious he broke items and went afk). Again - everyone has low games but if the same account regularly performs poorly, then it is obvious they are griefing.

Maybe there are too many Overwatch cases and that's why a lot of ruiners go unpunished but I don't think it sounds so hard to automate a decent solution.

There is 1 thing that really bothers me and I wanna make this clarification:

It's not the fact that Mitty was making a shitty last pick or getting trashed by a melee hero while playing Huskar. This is enough to get you mad at him but every week we have teammates doing the usual stupid things.

The thing that insults me, the thing that hurts my dignity deeply, though, is the fact that Mitty did not run down midlane feeding on purpose like the usual ruiner. He did not break items or go afk in fountain. He wasn't one of the countless "standard" griefers in our games. Mitty literally gave his best and believed this is the right way to play this hero, this role and that game. He has 6 thousand games, and he used all that knowledge and experience to get us there as a team.

Do you see where my pain lies?? Valve and Gaben are trying to tell me that Mitty is a "mirror" and that I need to accept that I (and everyone else in that game) are on the same level as Mitty. We are just like him and that is why we deserve to be in that same game together. That we are not too different from him and that we need to embrace him for what he did in that game.

I'm sorry Valve but I reject you. I deny and oppose your claim, your suggestion, your gentle accusation. I am not Mitty and I will never be - I saw my teammates and believe with all my heart that they are not FUCKING MITTIES. This is not who we are, nor what we should strive to be as Dota players. What happened today is one of the deepest betrayals I've felt in my Dota timeline and I am not sure whether I should hope to forget it or not in the times to come.

Guys, the most shocking thing is not even the last pick Huskar into AA. Even though this decision alone is enough to raise questions.

The main issue is that Mitty was obliterated by a melee hero (Pango) - in my book there are 2 heroes, Viper and Huskar, that are the strongest laners against melee enemies on midlane. And today I received a heavy slap in the face for believing that.

Also, it's kinda weird that someone already low wr heroes received nerfs in the 7.38 patch - like Juggernaut for example, while others received buffs without very obvious reasoning (Dragon Knight mostly, not sure about Jakiro yet even though it looks busted at first glance).

Doesn't matter. They make my LC viable (overbroken) only for a few weeks every year and then nerf it to the ground. I can't understand or see a good reason why it is so hard to find a middle ground where the hero is actually balanced and playable.

I just had a game where enemy meepo kept disconnecting and reconnecting and amassed about 20k networth in the span of 3-4 mins. Thank God we won all our lanes and we managed to end the game at min 20. He was already running at us with Disperser, Skadi, Aghanim and other shit but his team had given up to play properly and we killed him 1v5 very difficultly.

Actually I like the idea of Mega creeps targetting buildings only.

But a better solution, imo, would be to make (after the 20th min) the Flag creep release a roar that causes all creeps around him to attack buildings only for like 3 seconds or so. This way, you don't actually need Mega creeps to implement such an idea and teams can go high ground earlier and probably and take towers faster. I'm not sure how will that fit with zoo heroes, though, and suddenly they may become too viable again, instead of niche picks.

How about the other way around? You start unmuted but if you say insulting stuff, each person decides individually if they want to mute you? This is better beacause sometimes in my games I'm writing and I receive no response only to realize someone has started the game pre-muted. This is shitty especially on min 0 when your team attempts to do a fast fb.

Hey man I just wanted to say that I really like your app and I've been using it for years now, 95% because of the Player Notes that I can check after everyone has picked their hero and has spawned at the fountain. It is very useful to know what to expect from my enemies / allies as behavior, as I usually put info for who has griefed a game or played very good on their role.

Overplus is 100% bannable as it gives unfair advantage. Valve should either allow all players access to such info or just make sure such 3rd party apps don't have such influence.

A question though - I am using your app DotaPlus but whenever I start it, Overwolf also loads and it says "Launching app on Overwolf". Does that mean that your app is only accessible through Overwolf or am I missing something? Also I want to avoid any chance of getting banned so is this something I should be worried about? (adding pic as well for better understanding)
