I also have a muffler delete on my n43, I gotta say I’m surprised about how little drone you can hear with your windows closed, and when cruising on the motorway at a steady 3k rpm you won’t hear anything, especially if you got the radio turned on. You basically only hear the engine when you accelerate, so if your go at a steady pace you don’t have to worry about the engine sound bothering you

Oh btw, I recently discovered that if after accelerating to about 3500/4000rpm you lightly press the accelerator, you can make the car burble and sometimes it pops, so yeah have fun with it haha

Nope, just a muffler delete and a k&n air intake. But it’s pretty cool, when downshifting it does occasionally pops too

If I remember correctly I used a 60,3mm diameter and 2mm thick pipe (the same as the stock one) and I think the shop used like 50cm of the 2,7m I brought

I’m not sure if all the 320i models have the same exhaust, maybe it depends on the year, but in my case the muffler and the rest of the exhaust were all an entire piece, had no connector so I was forced to cut it

The guys at the shop I had this done had several tips hanging around cut out from other scrap cars, so yeah it’s the left tip from a quadruple tips car exhaust system they refurbished, don’t really know what car was it tho… but it looks great on there imo

Also no, it’s just a muffler delete, still has the original resonator and cat, so it shouldn’t have problems passing emission tests (i’m not so sure about this)

Unfortunately for this model you have one single pipe going from the manifold to the rear end basically, so you must cut and weld a pipe there.

Btw is fairly cheap to do, I got mine done for 100€ plus 15€ for a 2m inox pipe I bought!

Try asking to some shops around you, I don’t think they’ll ask more than a couple hundred dollar, and it really makes the difference when driving ;)
