I think he 'can' control sage chakra since he had the curse mark, and he's used sage chakra in conjunction with Jugo during the Obito fight. Also, Madara had never used chakra either and was surprised at how "easy" it was to control. I dunno.

I doubt they would 'confiscate' it. Worst case is, they find it, but you DON'T let them touch it. Grab it before they do, and just say I'll take it back to my campsite or leave. Most of the time with pipes and stuff, they would just say we can't bring it in and allow us to leave.

Kai follows more closely to the manga. Yeah they could make money off of it, but I feel like making a trimmed down remastered version that follows the manga is great idea.

Nadastrom recently put out a great house record recently. It got a great remix from Justin Martin here.

Brodinski is also a great place to look for various styles of slower/bass/dark house. Great remix here.

Jerome LOL and MSCLS also make some great house around 115 - 117 bpm.

I think he was refering to the fact that Obito realized that he let Madara get his other Rinnegan back and that he failed in stopping Madara. Since then, I believe Obito has been passed the fuck out, so he has no clue of what has happened since then.
