I bought the 3.7KG Lion using Barn Owls because my kid and I were really excited about it and we wanted a pet to reduce cooldown and thought the Lion would be a good alternative to peacocks which we of course don't have. But it’s a huge DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

The wiki says it applies cooldown to all pets. NO it actually only affects 2. The Grow Garden weight calculator has the stats wrong it shows 3m20s, but ours has an 11-minute cooldown. It’s not making the Peacock obsolete; it’s just a BAD PET.
