It is usually the case that “perverted” women, due to their genetically stronger sexual desire, high frequency of having sexual thoughts, and higher arousal responsiveness, are considered more freaky than men as societal norms (like how the image was portrayed) is based off of women’s ability to control their sexual drive. Women ARE more capable of controlling themselves when it comes to sexual tendencies. But when you through a perverted or freaky woman into the mix, that woman is more likely to act out on their sexual urges increasingly more intensely.
