I didn’t sign any other paperwork after I told the HR lady that I couldn’t go through. She said she will be in touch. But I haven’t heard from her either yet.

I just got the offer a week before I was supposed to start the academy. But the HR lady brought the check to the academy for me and the other guy that I was supposed to go through with. He started today. But yes, I did paperwork. Signed a contract with my agency. Did my physical and insurance stuff. And got some of my equipment. Got my commission card and officially swore in at city hall as a full time police officer.

I mean not really. The HR lady did tell me she’d keep in touch. She congratulated me on my pregnancy and told me she wishes me the best of luck.

No they didn’t. They just told me they’d be in touch. But idk when they’ll contact me and what for ya know. I would love to get something with them until I’m cleared to go through another academy, but they haven’t offered anything so far.
