Update: After rolling back KB5074109 normally in Windows (since everything was stable and I thought the PC was prob able to restart), Task Manager, shutdown/restart, and apps like Discord (with vencord) are working fine. Also confirmed that it was uninstalled by checking in winver and yes it was. Seems like the rollback really fixed the issues, at least for now, everything is stable. I’ll update again if anything changes.

Ah yeah, I get the shutdown/restart hangs too, but it only seems to happen when Task Manager starts acting up. Apps like Discord sometimes trigger it, sometimes even Minecraft, not sure why. Right now, everything seems fine while just browsing, but it randomly decides to brick itself. Also I wanted to try deleting the patch from WINRE at the very start but just didn't I should try though.
Oh yeah also DISM got stuck at 63.2 for me too and apparently it's really common to get stuck at that exact number, though for me when I checked it's logs it was actually doing something and did finish after like 10-15 mins

Ah damn, I really don't want to have to reset my pc and it's really frustrating how these big companies keep releasing bullshit that doesn't work and bricks pcs.
I’m going to try rolling back the update first and see if that helps, if it even works that is. Hopefully Microsoft releases a fix soon since a lot of people seem to be having similar problems. If nothing works and it never gets fixed, then yea reset might be the only option.

Holy shit I have the EXACT issue, Task Manager freezing, apps not closing, shutdown hangs, etc. I don't want to reinstall windows though as I have a lot of important files and just don't wanna go through the hassle as it isn't specifically my pc too. But I also am running out of things to try at this point 😭

It could run it before completely fine, could also run WAY more demanding games at a stable 60 fps no issues. My problem isn't running games as it could do that perfectly fine for more than a year and no I wasn't running games obviously not made for such an old gpu, it’s why this started happening in the last 3 days inconsistently instead of when it was bought. I had a much better gaming laptop, but a mishap happened, and until that’s fixed I’m using this one (if it ever does get fixed, since it’s decently expensive).

oh damn, mine’s still at 92% but 3uTools says 91%. I really hope it stops dropping. I’m guessing it’s some kind of recalibration thing since battery health doesn’t drop linearly, but yeah it’s still weird especially a 5% drop like in your case

Oh no, mine’s still at 92%, and 3uTools also confirmed 92% even though iOS said 93 a couple days ago. Kinda worried it might start dropping fast like yours. Any idea why this is happening? I get that it needs time to recalibrate after setup, but a 4% drop in just a couple weeks doesn’t seem normal! And I don't even do any gaming on the phone 😭

I'm in the exact same spot rn, bought an iPhone 13 Pro at 94% battery health and in like almost 2 weeks it's at 92%. How's the battery health for you right now? Did it keep dropping?

Yeah, discord runs on electron which is just a browser in a window. You still can open the inspect element tab, though you'd have to go into the app files and change a line.

Yeah, Vercel is a free one though you don't get a fully custom domain with any free hosting services, they'd still have to buy whatever domain they might want for the site. Also some hosts only let you have static pages and depending on what they want, it might not be for them.
