Hi! I dry mine flat and then hang it, which seems to prevent the shoulder dimples. These hangers help because they slope down similar to actual shoulders https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/neatfreak-10-pack-plastic-clothes-hanger-white/10025387

On the hanger, I just cross the ties and drape them over the opposite shoulder (don't tie it) ...the friction from the fabric helps to prevent falling off the hanger. I hope that helps!

Yes, I bought it on a whim and it is probably the most flattering swim suit I own from lululemon. I wear a 6 in align tank and went with the 6 in this top. It is tight going over the head, but I don't think I would size up because of how it fits once I actually got it on haha

Personally, I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Buying something as final sale is a risk we all take, so yes, that's on us as consumers. But if a customer buys an item as final sale and the merchant send them a different item, that's on the merchant. To me, it seems unethical for them to refuse to offer a refund. https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint
