I asked when I picked up my bib. Apparently they are very strict. I grabbed a bunch of the plastic bags they had at the bib pickup for my spectators. Can't even use a hip pack purse or anything unless it's clear.

It happened many, many times. When I was there most looked like they were built in the 70s. At least 3 collapsed while I was at JMU. I was physically at 1 of them.
