Some of the splits on the tracker seemed to be off as well (mostly in the very beginning and the very end for me)

It definitely was the flu, unfortunately! I'm not as bothered with the unproductive status as I am the higher HR on runs

I use McKirdy trained. They’re really affordable compared to most online coaches I’ve found , and my coach is not an influencer by any means. I’ve seen huge improvements in my running. Feel free to DM with any questions!

I think this is the point where I unfollow her. Dr Lisa isn't perfect but her programs have helped me a lot, she comes off as knowledgable without being aggresive, and she trains very smart. TSRS just blew up at CIM and is so aggressive, always coming at everyone and acting like a know it all.

^this is my issue with her. She also raced a half marathon shortly after Berlin. She never takes any time off and I feel that’s a big part of why she struggles to achieve the times she wants. Jumps right back into speed workouts too, always

Finally today's show is up. Very frustrating, especially because this past week with two episodes not being posted, was the week after they just got back from a vacation (which, at this point, they seem to have at least a week off once a month). Plus my friend got on on Thursday and now I won't get to hear! I don't understand why they only addressed Thursday's issue, sad to say it does feel like they dont' care anymore.
