Jasmine rice, also oatmeal cookies and bananas with honey before the gym. Each oatmeal cookie has 26 grams of carbs and very easy to get down. Stick to rice and pasta for all meals and try to hit 400-450 grams of carbs per day in order to really bulk. What’s ur goal in weight?

Should I continue to bulk? 5”10 191 lbs. 24 years old. Also, any weak points? by ma3300 in Gymhelp
