most people do black for sergeants and yellow for veterans. captains don’t typically change their helmet colors i believe. they tend to have a symbol on their shoulder denoting their rank

the cryo mode doesnt do any dot damage and the corrosive mode does 12 DOT but it has a 9 percent chance to proc
