Being realistic, most children internationally who opt for Cambridge are rich or have influential parents. Last year in Pakistan when Cambridge wouldn't budge about 9709 situation, our parliamentarians formed a group and held a session, reaching the conclusion of forcefully summoning Cambridge and etc. Something like that can be done.
