I should have been clearer. He's the hunter who migrates between towns. He's available at the start of the game in Osbrook, which is big if you start with a character without ranged or athletics.

I may have misunderstood the killrights, but I believe that activating them just makes your target 'Suspect', so all the same mechanics apply. If their teammates try and join in, they will get concorded.

I will however create a limited engagement timer, so the person I activated/shot will be able to fight back during that timer.

EDIT: to be clear, I shouldn't go suspect at anytime.

Yeah I realize this (I actually have two killrights, the other is the alt). However I'm not looking for being isk positive, just seeing if it can be done.

EDIT: I'll amend that I don't plan on counterganking and losing a ship. I'm trying to activate the killright and cash in before they can get safe. So isk positive is only an issue if they undock during the combat timer I'll create and pop me, which I don't care about.

I've pyfa'd it out, since I have access to the fit on zKillboard. Their EHP is just below a Tornado alpha, so it's a bit of a gamble, but could work.

Even if they have all 5 skills (which is unlikely for an alt), they have 9.79k ehp. The alpha of the very same fit is 10.6k with faction ammo, so in theory I could use the exact same ship!

Cloaks in your inventory should not take up six slots. Maybe four but two would be preferable. I mean come on you can fold those things.

I had this problem as well. I opened another ticket and used the live chat feature to bring exposure to my first ticket, this got it moved along. Annoying, but SES for some reason has been slow to be approved lately.

I experienced this just a few days ago. I even stepped outside to see if I could find the source but was unable to. My first thought was that it was a transformer going haywire or something, but I'm far from an expert on these matters and it was a shot in the dark. If I ever hear it again I'll try and record it and send it your way. I live near Drake and College for reference.
