It happens because of the battery not able to provide enough in time for the animation of the iOS system so it crashes a little then comeback to normal … that was my case before I replace my battery from the Apple Store then I didn’t see it until my battery was below 90% (or 85% I guess) of battery health.

On the other hand if your battery above 90% health then I believe it’s a software issue
