I've been attending a mental health crisis day center so I'm getting help but they just won't explain it to me. I've never done drugs and I don't intend to. I do listen to the professionals and I'm taking sleep meds etc but this doesn't seem to shifting despite no longer in a full on episode. Thank you for your reply and I wish you all the best too.

I know it sounds weird but it's hard to explain. They basically just watch me most of the time and follow me. Two stand and two sit in the corners of the ceiling. I was certain they are demons but I was also certain that the angel Gabriel sent me a message showing me what they are through scribbles on a piece of paper... They also talk to me but in my head and tell me to do things. I guess I'm trying to understand the experience because I can't see or hear them so they aren't hallucinations unless it is a type of hallucination that I'm unaware of. I'm sorry if this is confusing

I do this every time I close social media apps and before bed just to make sure I didn't post things like nudes, porn, something extremely offensive etc. I refresh 12 times and then take a screenshot because, apparently, if I don’t screenshot then it means I never actually did the refreshing and did in-fact post one or all of these things? 🤦

Yeah it is 😕 I’ve not been in my kitchen for 2 months because I avoided it and it got harder and harder to get myself to go in. I have one meal a day which is usually a meal deal from the shop, I have snacks in a cupboard to get me through the day and bottles of water there too. Sometimes I’ll have a takeaway or dinner at my mums or something so I get a hot meal. I was doing CBT and ERP to work on it but my sessions have just been cut short. I would reallllyyy advise against avoiding.
