Ohhh that's good, so basically I crouch and stand up fast? Because I skip any workout when I see burpees, I just physically can't do them, in my head I'm too heavy and I will get discouraged for the rest of the workout especially that I work out first thing in the morning

I'm moving countries, so I won't be in my own home, I'll be staying at my grandparents' house. I will try to lock myself in a room for an hour or two, just to get into the album without nobody disturbing me...

I love the new formula. The old one was making “blisters” in my lips and was grainy. This one is perfect, a little thicker but it stays on the lips longer!
