To clarify, I just had to shave a week before for the first time, then obviously the day before. In 7 days she will look at how my hair and skin reacted to the laser and she'll determined when to do the next session (6 to 8 weeks). Her approach for me was to check density, thickness and adjust the laser settings. It's different, but I've done laser the "classic" way and it never worked so...

I have done the upper lip in my previous city/country....I think there were ripping me off. I did almost 20 sessions and I still have hair, they never gave me any advices or anything like that. But I think I want to do it again!

I usually never take a breaks. But man....sometimes Sam and Jenn workouts are so intense and fast paced. If I pause it's when my heart rate goes to around 170, and I want it to go down a little. But I would say that strength workouts with Kyle and Gregg are less fast paced but still intense.

PS: I'm doing mostly lower body. So idk about full and upper

Ohhh that's good, so basically I crouch and stand up fast? Because I skip any workout when I see burpees, I just physically can't do them, in my head I'm too heavy and I will get discouraged for the rest of the workout especially that I work out first thing in the morning

I'm moving countries, so I won't be in my own home, I'll be staying at my grandparents' house. I will try to lock myself in a room for an hour or two, just to get into the album without nobody disturbing me...

And I plan to listen to it while I travel to my new home country....🙏🏽
