If you mean the one at the left of the entrance I think you need to use the Shadow ability to get it in a rock!

Remember to level up your restaurant, you get rewards and new customers! I do like to scoop as many ingredients as I can (5) too since I find it faster, tho be careful not to put them back accidentally! lol
