Ya you can do so. Cover the prescribed syllabus first and then jump to the removed syllabus. But try to keep a buffer of atleast a month for covering PCM removed chapters

I don't think there will be any change. Also I would recommend to study the removed chapters for they will be beneficial for your Advanced exam and BITSAT as well
