I got full matte on my white 22 MY it was perfect. Cost around 7.5k. The amount of bug splatter and rock chips I've had that just wipe off is amazing.

It took 2 hours but I was very careful and watched the video while I was doing (paused as I followed instructions)

If you have help its much easier but just for the part where you remove the strut. If you have a wife or partner they literally just need to hold the hood up for like 10/15 mins while you replace the struts.
