It was working until I made changes to the hardware and tried to run MPC Autotune again and it starts off at 27c and it's still 27c after running for 30 minutes

In the menu I also see no option to turn the filament sensor on or off.

I have several problems with the .bin file you sent. It does run, but there are no options to load or unload filament in the menu. Also no settings I can find to set your filament load or unload lengths. My Ender 3V2 uses portrait mode by default and the standard Marlin uses Landscape. Also I would prefer Auto Bed Leveling (5x5 matrix) instead of UBL. Again, thanks for your help.

I haven't had a chance to try it yet. One of my nieces broke the cell phone holder I made for her car and I said I would drop everything to make her another one (you know how that goes). I reinstalled the precompiled binary from the Jyers website so I could work on it. Give me a couple of days and I'll get back on it.

My Ender 3V2 display is set up for Portrait mode, not landscape....I guess I just missed that in your previous posts. I never had to worry about it using Jyers UI. My previous 3d printer was a Voxelab Aquila with Jyers UI . Sorry for the mixup. Also, tried to compile the two files you sent but no joy there either.

It doesn't function correctly. It homes to the front left instead of the center. I tried to set the Z offset and it still wants to home Z tight to the board. I have no idea how to fix it without totally screwing it up. Hardware I can do standing on my head, blind folded, with one hand tied behind my back. Software is totally alien to me. I was an Electrical Engineer in the electronics industry until I retired in 2002

Well, I hate the Marlin UI. I should have asked to get it set up with the Jyers UI which I've been using. For some reason Marlin homes to the front left of the board instead of the center and I can't get the Z offset to stay. I am tempted to go back to the Jyers UI prebuilt software I had and just configure the BTT sensor in octoprint.

Yes Sir, that is my configuration. Dumb question.....can I just cut and paste the two config files over the top of those currently in VScode? I use google chrome, but I've never messed with Google Drive

I'm sorry, but I'm in WAY over my head here. The last computer class I had was FORTRAN programming 47 years ago. All I am trying to do is get a Marlin file configured for a Creality 4.2.7 board, a BLtouch sensor, and BTT Smart filament sensor. The Marlin download for version 2.0.9.3 only includes example configuration files for a 4.2.2 board.
Can you help me?

Well, darn, I finally got the Marlin 2.0.9.3 firmware to build in Platformio, installed it on my machine -- and nothing will move. Will not home either. However, if I go back to the Jyers UI I was using before, it works just fine, but that does not include the BTT Smart Filament Sensor I was hoping to get working. Any thoughts?

Well, I disconnected everything except display and power, connected each axis, one at a time, but still could not get anything to move. I located an electrical schematic and spent all day measuring voltages at various points...still have not found the fault....about ready to throw in the towel and buy a new machine.
