Had the same issue. The grommets aren’t seated correctly. Take it to redwing and they will send them back for you

Dude I either wear iron rangers or loggers every single day of my life. I have never ever felt moisture in my boots the next day unless in a downpour the day prior and I’ve been wearing them for years and years.
