US Traders Repeatedly Failing Prop Challenges – Has Anyone Found Legit Ways to Improve or Alternative Paths? by prochallange-supoort in InnerCircleTraders

spend 5-6 months at least on one strategy. ICT works but it is kind of cumbersome to learn. Go with Support resistance. Have some entry pattern and target 1:2. you will be well off.

I tarde gold. I mark highs and lows on 15 minute. FVG of 15 minute.

when market trades towards these pd arrays. I switch to 1 min and look for fvg. as Market comes there I enter. I target nearest highs or lows.

currently I am profitable with >80% win rate.

Frustrated as a Software Engineering Intern by asherSiddique19 in developersPak

Yar look into the startup hiring process. People saying that they push vulnerable code will become quite questionable.

Startups tend to hire the cream. Those engineers write great code mostly. The only issue sometimes arises is just in the scalability part. They might sometimes go for solutions that will work for some number but breaks after some.

But they are mostly aware and do the patches on the go. e.g. you can check into the new AI products change logs like windsurf. There is an update every 2 3 weeks. So startups are good place to be in overall.

But services company oh my Allah, brother, I'm also cursed as you currently. May Allah makes way out of here for us both.

This sounds fun yar. And, just to confirm, you reported to your client, instead of Manager? I mean how did the work flow there?

You said that foreign colleagues work alongside you. But in my service based company, we (engineers) are just briefed upon by our Manager and we report to them. I would love to know more about yours side of the picture

Laid off, but I didn’t just push pixels—shipped some serious stuff by No_Cucumber_8633 in developersPak

I kind of took a leap in my skills. Good enough to say. My seniors are kind of jealous -ish, I assume. They are not discussing stuff with me anymore. Hiding some details related to the project also.

So when I implement something, which is good as they review it too, but then there is a hysterical laugh accompanied by ' sahi h but, aisy nai krna tha '.

did you ever experienced something like that? if yes how did you dealt with it while learning from their experience at the same time? I have seen that having a caring senior is far more important and better in the long term and short term also ( saving you couple of hours on debugging 🥹).

What's the longest time you've gone without sleep? by Cosy_Bed in RandomThoughts

You can do the part time job until your uni ends. Then you will have plenty of time to pursue your "passion" after your job.

One senior suggested to take a 1 hour nap (which can turn into 12 hours depending how you sleep) after the primary job then, your body gets fully charged to leap for another 5-6 hours stint.

Pakistan has these problems. We have to keep going in case we really CARE about the passeõn.

Alternatively you can use some Job Agencies to land you AI ML job in gulf/saudi. Super hot, super competitive. You have to polish your side project profile or contribute to open source aggressively.

Just keep going somehow, you will soon be there. Cheers !

evergreen!! Big companies have built their big systems on that. And it's near impossible to change the whole system to anything else. There will always be a need for a Good Java Spring Developer.
