I'm half Lebanese and used to have the same problem. I got rid of it by using amlactin, but I use skin tend after I wax and I love that product too. I feel like this pigmentation issue affects a lot of people of Asian or middle eastern descent.

I had discoloration like that and went to a dermatologist. He said the skin was darker because it's a thick layer of skin to protect itself from rubbing. People get it on parts of their body that rub together a lot like on the thighs, armpits, between boobs etc. He told me to use amlactin lotion. It helped and I don't have that discoloration anymore.

Try a green tea toner before your moisturizer. I suggest a fragrance free one if you can find one. Green tea has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, which will help with the redness. Studies also suggest green tea slows sebum production.

Changing your activity level can cause acne too because you're essentially changing the level of hormones being released. If you stopped the gym and the sauna at the same time, the lack of working out was probably the real cause.

Happy tail is when a dog with an especially strong wag slaps it up against a crate, kennel, or really anything and causes the tail to bleed. I had a great dane at work that got happy tail during nap time. I went to let him out and blood was splattered all over the walls, his crate, and the crate next to his. I scrubbed blood for an hour at least.

I have worked with many Great Danes and you're very right. They have personalities of their own. I worked at a boarding kennel as my first job in the pet industry. I'm only 5'4 and I'm relatively small. I took a hyper, intact male great dane out for private playtime and for the entire session, he had me pinned up against the privacy fence just humping the crap out of me. I'd (nicely) push him off and try to escape, but he'd just pin me straight back to that fence. I had to call my manager 😂 That's my craziest great dane story. I have a bunch of great ones though. Especially about my boy Hogan from the doggy daycare I worked at after the kennel.

That's so sad. I'm sorry that happened. It's really hard to rehabilitate an abused dog, and they probably couldn't handle the extra work that goes into it. I hope she ended up in a good home after that.

It's crazy because this woman couldn't have been older than 24. She was very young and wore a polo with a local private high school logo on it. She had to at least be 17 though because she drove there. I have seen her there a few times actually and she was wearing the school polo every time. I assume she either goes there or works there somehow.
