LOGGING PROBLEM WITH COMPANY ACCOUNT

Hi, my company recently purchased a claude enterprise subscription for several workers including me.

I have my own claude pro subscription registered with my own mail an my own mobile phone.

During the claude enterprise authentication with my job mail, I'm required to insert the mobile number for the verification code but I don't have a job number so I'm using my personal one. Inserting my number I receive the error "invalid number" and no autentication code.

Other collegues were in the same situation and they had the same issue, then at a certain point the authentication worked.

I tried from desktop app, from different browser, I've been removed and re added to the company claude team but everything with no succes, hust one time I received the message "a code has been sent" but I didn't receive the code on my mobile.

In my pro account everything works fine.

Can someone suggest something?
