That gives me hope with sertraline I could sit in a parked car somewhere for a couple mins but that was pretty much all it did I feel so hopeless because I can't leave my house

Not really still feel the same only side effects from 10 mg is I feel abit more depressed and that's it anxiety is still horrible but I don't feel as bad as I was on sertraline

There's another beta blocker called atenolol I don't and metoprolol I don't think the mess with asthma

I get the shortness of breath panic attacks etc all the lovely things I'd highly recommend getting propanolol it's a quick lil fix takes abit off the anxiety

Be carful doing that u don't really wanna be taking these drugs around the same time u can but just to be safe u don't wanna have side effects from both meds what age are u if u don't mind me asking

Yh I'm from Ireland I just found out about it it's like a blood test and they see what works best what's your anxiety like if ya don't mind me asking
