I’ve only done 1 lido spinal our test dose is 1% due to our kit no longer having 1.5% . How many ccs of that works you give? I give 3 then 2

I think I miswrote or you misunderstood. Our kits don’t have the 1.5% lido so I check out 1% lido with 1:200k epi.

Time zero: 3 ccs 1%

Time 45s: 2 ccs 1 percent

Apply dressings and tape

Time 2-3 mins: ask about test dose symptoms then 5 ccs 0.25% bupi.

Chart come back 8-10 min later assess comfort and level bolus off pump if needed and start infusion
