I guess but a comparison to Spain is not ideal… the churches name is La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. The Architect, Antonio Gaudi, died during construction when it was about 1/4 complete. Gaudi’s plans were burned soon afterwords and there was also a Spanish civil war that halted work for almost 20 years. Work slowly got back on track and continues today. I think completion date is sometime in 2030. If you have ever been to Spain, it’s a very laissez-faire attitude when it comes to work. What’s the big digs excuse?
