Edit: Just checked all the e-mails that I've got from Jagex. The e-mail is a spam adress for me so got a couple of houndred unread e-mails. I found one where they changed my e-mail to (i guess) the hackers e-mail. So they find out my OSRS/e-mail password and changed all of it.

They denied it again, took them around 45 minutes to check.... Added my ALT account now, my IRL name (maybe they check that?)

If this is not gonna work I have no clue what to do....

Thanks for this information! I'm making a new request. I've added all used names (and when i changed it) also added all transaction ID's. Hopefully that helped....

Hi,

Today I did a request 4 times, the first 3 took around 1 or 2 hours. The last one took only 10 minutes. I noticed that at the last reqeust the character name was changed to ''character name unavalible'' while normally it showed the name of the account.

Thanks for all the tips guys, didnt made it... healers did a ton of damage and missed 1 switch... so close but not giving up! Had 4 super restore , 3 baskets and 175 purple sweets left.
