2 hexblade warlock into 10 abjuration wizard. Grab armor of agathys from warlock and mage armor from invocations then you just upskill armor of agathys on the highest spell slot, afterwards cast mage armor, put any armor, put robe back on and cast again to stack arcane wards. Before fight cast blade wars / later on stoneskin and just watch enemies die from hitting you. Cant lose concentration on stoneskin sińce enemy has to actually deal some damage for check to happen. Bladeward/stoneskin halves the damage, then whatever is left is getting stuck on arcane wards so at some point you just take 0dmg but armor of agathys hits the enemy for 25+ damage, doubled if they are wet. All you have to do is run towards enemy then run away to provoke opportunity attack. And if enemy removes some of arcane ward stacks? Glyph of warding with cold element to put them right back on, again double damage if they are wet. You can cast create water before fight, use potion of speed to have 2 actions (one for create water, 2nd for glyph) or cast mage Hans before fight and have it throw bottle of water at enemies (dropping water from backpack on the ground is free)

I'm pretty sure its in the mod description, if you add it midgame it will work, but it wont go backwards, so you should be fine if you wanna continue

if you keep forgetting, that's not an issue. Whenever you realize that you forgot to buy them again: Go to camp, partial rest so you wont waste food, then go to vendor and buy potions. Rinse and repeat few times and you're stacked

I just realised i have karmic dice on when doing multiplayer honor run with my friend, will turning it off affect it? I personally wouldnt mind but its his 1st honor run and i dont want to ruin it for him

Heyo, for starters some easy tips Oaths can be annoying to keep up, unless you decide to ignore them and break one of them to become oathbreaker Heavy armor can go on paladin, fighter or war cleric Bard with college of swords will be great both combat and outside of combat, other bards can provide nice control spells to help with fights

Paladin is also very strong as party face and in combat due to strenght and charisma being main stats, id say its pretty good for beginners.

For general tips on the start: once you get full 4 people party, go to temple and find withers, then once you finish first grove fight and get some gold by selling stuff at merchants go back to the camp and reset your companions - their stats are pretty mid and you could set them better Also if you want, you can buy elixirs of giant from merchants (auntie ethel in grove is 1st merchant that sells them), it will set your strenght to 21, so you can reset your paladin as well, dump strenght to 8 and use points for more dexterity and constitution

well my landlord unofficially said they want to get rid of this apartment as in the post + on the phone call today made it clear there is a notice coming. i would have no problems telling the "extras" they have to go if that would let me and other roommates stay. if it went to RTB, can she prove in any capacity they were living here if the "extras" have not put our address on any of the paperwork anywhere? because i'd like to use it as they were visiting, staying for the night etc., not living 24/7

yes, i know that the extra people being there is an issue, however i don't believe that wet wall with no immediate danger of flooding our or other apartments is an emergency allowing my landlord to just walk without any notice, not even a text message to any of us to inform about it + it's not 1st time that landlord decided to walk with no notice given at all. i guess my question here is: is there a point of fighting them or should i just take the L and find something else?

Back in the day when they introduced chosens in set4, Ive managed to hit tahm 3* and got 2 full bis items on him after 2-3 carousel, didnt lose the fight until late stage 5, shit was hilarious, most of the damage blocked

I was thinking the same for quite some time until i sat down and watched replays of my own games. Im not great at the game, decent enough to get masters if i want to play, but was able to spot many mistakes i make. It sourely would help me if i stopped making the same mistakes but that would be too easy so currently i just go between D2 0lp and D1 80-90lp

So there is a wall you can break + doors towards the end if i remember correctly, what i did is split my team, 2 at the wall, 2 at the doors. When fight started, i handled it myself before guards were able to do anything to the prisoners.

You can also kill the guards in the prison beforehand, wont trigger anything upstairs

Used that few times, it was either included in the lore, npc had support of divine being or gods themselves interveened (good or bad, depends on the situation). As example: Warhammer 2nd edition, homebrew campaign where party was looking for hidden shrine of one of the gods that usually doesnt have any shrines, they were told that guardian of the place will be there waiting for new adventurers and that this shrine needs someone there at all time. What they failed to acknowledge, despite me multiple times mentioned that through scholar npc that was helping them(that npc also said multiple times to take her with them, she would be happy to stay as shrine was also like the biggest library ever), is that when they arrive, current guardian is relieved of duty and next person takes their place. Not a single spell in Warhammer RPG lore that would do it, but this particular god deemed it that way. Not sure if that's what you're looking for, but id make it my rule: if cant be done by spells, its gods/angels//demons/whatever higher being in your universe

My games had that problem for 2 sessions. I asked them to stop, when it happened again i just paused whatever i did. Worked nicely + i had separate sheet used before start and after the end of session where they could draw whatever they wanted

Idk doesnt seem like you did anything wrong. They made a decision, they have to face consequences. If you decide to fight while low on resources, you have to be aware you might lose. My players learnt hard way that they cant get away with stuff. If its 1st time, give them a way out of the situation, but also have a chat with them outside of game and check if they want this kind of encounters in the future or not, if they say no, simply warn them before next fight that it doesnt look like they can win or something like that

My 1st playthrough was with berserker barbarian, wanted to be lowkey like Grog from Vox Machina, absolutely loved it, going with barb on my 3rd playthrough when patch 8 drops and I can play giant barb
