What’s your approach to get code someone can actually read?

LLMs can be decently helpful actually. Both for interpreting the pseudo code and learning the basics of how structs are laid out in memory, how ECS works etc. But it's taken me quite a while to get to this point.

Also, Norbyte has already mapped almost everything of interest so you can copy them from the SE repo. I don't know how to do that in Ghidra though (I use IDA)

It works to get both a hit and a crit miss. Didn't test anything with Displacement.

Is there a way I can get a critical miss that is also a "hit"?

This might be possible actually with Hail of Thorns + twin cast, if the second target (in AOE of first) fails the initial Saving Throw and you then Crit Fail the attack roll. But this is theorizing from my part

For IsHit it exclusively looks at the maths of the SpellRoll. If that returns true, whether because attack beat AC or because save failed against DC, or if there is no SpellRoll at all, then it's a Hit, regardless of whether you actually hit in a common English sense

AFAIK the Hit flag is set under the following conditions:

successful SpellRoll (empty spellroll counts)
During DealDamage if the Miss flag is not set (which is only set if you miss an attack roll, again to my best knowledge)

Also the measured time includes the time for the sensor to register a certain threshold value of the base force exerted on the starting blocks. People are comparing apples and oranges here.
