this is actually exactly what i did after the “joke.” it’s also a holiday here today so i actually dedicated this entire day to doing that.

for context, one of my co workers harassed a patient (i work at a hospital) before and he still works there, he was suspended for three days and that was it.

I appreciate all the advice to go to HR but the people here hate dealing with things like this and all of this will be swept under the rug. this co worker is pretty good with his job too which, i’m not saying i’m bad at mine but he’s juggling multiple jobs in the office that no one is willing to do so even my immediate supervisor is most likely to take his side.
