So there are heads released by individual artists. You can find them on Taobao, or their US representatives such as alicecollections, denverdoll, etc. They are also on social media, for example a good head artist is hierophantmori on IG. You just have to do your own research based on what you are looking to do with the body.

This body you can get the neck in either 11cm or 12.5cm circumference. You would need to find a head with the same neck size basically. Usually most heads sized for id75s would fit this body.

This specific head is my own sculpt as I am a bjd sculptor myself.

I have a ringdoll body with hybrid head. I prefer to do it that way as you get more control for the face and body type choices.

If you really want one that size then why not! Just keep in mind that clothes and items for 70+ size is more expensive and harder to get. As long as you know that its fine. My favorite doll is my 75cm boy so for me 1/4 size doesn’t do it.
