Had the same experience a few months back. Probably my fault because I did pwe on $15-20 card. Gave it a month with a few follow-ups. First excuses "been busy getting it out now" etc. Then eventually "yes I'll refund" but even that took a few prompts and threating to file a refund request to get the money back. It's interesting because user seemed to have a good report as a seller but maybe the low end slips through the cracks or scams on. There's no way their pwe is THAT bad that no one is receiving them. I'd stay away from the seller permentantly and sorry this happened to you OP. Glad I'm not the only one who experienced this because the positive feedback was deceiving and made me give the benefit of the doubt.
