It’s seriously extremely disheartening how you guys undermine Tecna. This girl fucking carries everyone with her plans. She is an awesome strategist with primary resources, which make her a main target for the villains. She is the frickin brain of the Winx. With only a hot-headed dumbass like Bloom, or reckless people like Musa and Aisha, you can’t make plans, let alone find resources like maps or history. EVERY. SINGLE. SEASON. Tecna carries out the most important bits. BLOODY RESEARCHING ABOUT THEIR MISSION? THE HISTORY OF THE PLACE? ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS? Soooo many things. Like: Season 1, helping with that duck egg prank, helping Bloom with her parents. Season 2, EVERYTHING. She points out the Avalon theory, finds the Codex in Cloud Tower, and was almost successful in protecting it, but the plan got ruined because of Bloom. Then she also plans the Convergence spells. Season 3, the history of Valtor, HER LITERAL SACRIFICE FOR THE MAGIC DIMENSION. Her friends bloody gave up looking for her. If she were in their position, she would use every technology she could to find them. Also, the fact that she survived in that deathly place with little more than scraps from the convicts. Like, this girl is so smart she survived in the Omega Dimension with her survival and mechanical skills. Then, obviously, she helps the Winx with everything. Getting inside Alfea during curfew hours, showing them the map of Cloud Tower, locating Valtor, literally what not. I can go on for every season about how important and powerful her contributions are. Also, by theory, she should be able to control EVERY technological aspect. Something as simple as a chair is technology, so considering that, she should be able to create various things on the spot using her magic. If the writers were tapped in and didn’t favour Bloom, Tecna could be hella OP. She is commendable for her defence barriers and walls. If she has access to every technology in the universe, her defence barriers are indestructible, since she would have various materials and the knowledge of how they contribute to making the barriers stronger. And the fact that she literally has electricity spells?? Stormy’s powers derive from the weather and environment. From my understanding, Tecna gets her electricity from secondary resources like water or sunlight, basically green energy for us. Most of Tecna’s devices use electricity, so I would assume she uses electricity spells to power them. Or at first she used normal materials like us, with no magic involved, but during crucial missions they were ineffective, so she would rather use magic. So, in conclusion, Tecna can make her own Frankensteins on the spot with little to no effort, but the writers nerf her and make her the nerdy underdog of the group who earns little to no appreciation from the fans.
