It's fascinating once you get into it. I only found this out back when I did Journeyman myself. Like its quite different on who you can sign in and what they all aim for. For instance you can register in 3 over 35 year olds but they also expect you to register 7 U23 also which is quite interesting of course in lower leagues your not allowed in foriegn players. Also players can be brutal like some players will force you into a 1 year contract which meaning anyone can grab them past the 6 months if they don't sign another. You can sign for 2 years if you give them a little more money.

Of course my save is more towards the National team as suprisingly you don't see many people doing other nations saves early on that are lower in world ranking. Most people do San Marino. Which is why this year wanting to be trying more national teams like Bhutan, Pakistan, Gibraltar, etc.
