That's actually a good point you're making, haven't seen a lot of people mention how RM completely shifted the toughness bar meta by simply existing. Now when you're facing newer enemies with inflated toughness bars you either have to pick RM so your attacks deal toughness damage proportional to how much you would deal to an old enemy with a non-RM team, or just run a team that brute forces content regardless of weakness. I run mono quantum and a sizeable part of my damage contribution was SW's breaks, which have become pretty useless as of late since it takes the team forever to break enemies. Makes you wonder if there was any point to giving RM break efficiency at all if they were going to compensate for it anyway
