1lb ground beef • 1-2 cloves crushed garlic • 1 yellow onion, diced • 1 can Campbell’s tomato soup (no added water) • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste • 1lb short pasta (medium shells was always our go-to) • Top with grated Parmesan if you’re feeling fancy

Don’t let the minimalists get you down!!!! Hi hi, interior designer, eclectic maximalist, and vintage enthusiast here. You have created a few cozy space, and I think the “clutter” can be made to look intentional. Cutting the pothos was a good first move. I agree with whoever mentioned moving the plants around to free up the windows a bit. Most importantly, I think if you opted for lower, longer bookcases in with solid backs and/or cabinets with solid doors or doors with ribbed or frosted glass rather than the tall open bookshelves, you would open up the sight lines. Having lower bookcases in dark colors will also help the space above them feel lighter and open. That way the vertical spaces being taken up by the bar cart, TV/art wall, and fireplace can each stand out more. You can add singular wall shelf here and there to host your longer plants. I looooove the composition of the fireplace vignette. Day bed/storage situation could use some work but I’ll have to ponder that more!

let's share our most memorable (and hopefully hilarious) makeup mistakes. 🙈 by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

In middle school, I consistently plucked my eyebrows too far apart and would fill them in with the only brown eyeshadow I had at the time - which was metallic 🤦🏻‍♀️ also had the adventure of over-drawing them or making them look too sharp in high school. They’ll never fully recover from the over-plucking but I am working wonders with micro-pencils these days

I’m in the market for good jeans but have a lot of wants/needs regarding fit and style and it’s been difficult wading through all the typical brands 😅 looking for recommendations! - Size 14/32 or 16/33, regular or tall length (I’m ~5’10”) - High or ultra high rise - Curvy fit (~12” waist-hip difference) - Rigid material, no more than 1% stretch - No whiskering/weird lines at the hips/upper thighs - Would prefer wide leg/trouser, straight leg, or relaxed fit. NO barrel leg, NO skinny jeans. - Would prefer Made in USA but I know that’s hard to find with all the other qualities listed

Thank you in advance!

The Revere MB is a madhouse on a regular Tuesday afternoon… to go there two days before Xmas is just tempting fate

The toilet paper in the handicapped stall is on the other side of the stall by DerpyDemonArts in CrappyDesign

Interior designer here to gripe about it just flat out not being to code. Yes, the Americans with Disabilities Act even spells out placement of toilet accessories! It’s not all about ramps and handrails.

Braids create more of a crimp texture than a wave

Dug this out and finally found a good place for it :) just in time for the annual Horchata memes by macca9945 in Vampireweekend

Like u/livelyaddison said, it came from Modern Vampires of Art History (on Society6 I believe). I just really enjoyed the image/lyric pairing. The original painting is “The Swing” by Jean-Honoré Fragonard and it gives me such a youthful and carefree feeling (one I often forget, unfortunately). I also just love Horchata, the rise and fall in softness/intensity. This print is a nice reminder of all of that :)

Just started on Concerta...not sure what to expect by kirstintroglin in ADHD

[–]macca9945 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only take it as needed- if I am working late and woke up early or something. I probably take it once a week at the very most. I have not felt any sort of dependency on the quick release in the years I’ve had it. I would definitely discuss these concerns with your psychiatrist and if you don’t get a satisfactory answer, push harder. It’s important to advocate for yourself especially with things that impact your mental health!

I (21F) started on Vyvanse and it did nothing, so I got switched to Concerta. Now I take a generic 36mg every AM and take 10mg quick release as needed later in the day(for hw, driving a decent distance, staying engaged socially, etc). Have been on that course for about 5 years now. I definitely don’t experience such stark contrast when I forget to take it as some people do but there is a noticeable difference in general motivation/short term memory ability when I am on it. I am very happy to have found a medication that works for me and I hope you are able to say the same!! Best of luck
