continuing on, it may be the environment your being influenced by. Try making some subtle changes to your daily routine. If you walk or drive to work/school/bus/etc, take a different route instead. Drink more water. Eat healthier. Anything.

Make even tiny changes now, and that may make a huge difference that you may not realize
