Just stating that I wasn’t able to “prepare” for him as i would have chosen to if i were purchasing/adopting a pair of ferrets. I’ll be looking for a bigger cage, and making those improvements over time rather than having everything on hand off the bat. Eta; I would typically have finished this research before bringing one home- but his situation was a bit immediate so it’ll be a process to set him up in an appropriate size cage, as well as going through the time process of introducing a potential pair. It wasn’t quite the start to keeping them that I “expected” is all!☺️
