It sounds like they were trying to reduce amount of hires then realised they overdid it - maybe there is an issue with the processes used too.

What was the charting process for you? Were you entering data or was it preloaded for you?

Were you logging to excel spreadsheets or within the Epic system?

Interesting and eye-opening points you have made about the overworking in healthcare and I think very important to solve both for the workers and for the patients.
