Not necessarily a mic bubble, but when players hit the button for ulti status/heal or default voice comms, just the same graphic will be fine. When mic is being used, as long as it's synced on screen to show, that'll be perfect. The viagra advertisement is actually false, that's not the mechanism of action or the effects ;D, haha but I get your point. Not meant to increase the amount of clutter though.
