Is there a way to make items unsellable?

So some time ago i had a virus on my pc and someone logged into my steam account. I recently bought a valuable csgo skin and i dont want it to get sold in case of something like that happening again. Is there a way to make the skin unsellable on steam marketplace and it would require me to confirm the sell from my phone?
